You can get PAC as long as you still qualify but you will need to re-apply every year. You will get a letter in the mail when it is time to re-apply. |

| Maryland Primary Adult Care is designed specifically for single adults and childless couples. Children and other family members are not counted towards household size – only you and your spouse, for a maximum household size of two. Families with children are encouraged to seek assistance through the Medical Assistance program. | ||
