How do I prove resources?
Provide all of the documents as proof of resources that apply to your household:
- Bank statements
- Life insurance policy
- Deed or appraisal for real estate (if you or a member of your household owns property)
- Copies of stocks, bonds or securities
- Motor vehicles (estimate from dealer or 'blue book' value)
- Burial agreement
- Deferred compensation account statements
- Annuity or trust statements, an annuity is money from an investment that is paid to you in a series of regular payments over a specified period of time.
