You qualify for TDAP if you:
- Are a U.S. Citizen or a qualifying alien
- Have no children under 18 living with you
- Have a disability
- Are not working
- Are not collecting unemployment
- Are not receiving SSI or SSDI
- Have a countable income of less than $185 per month
